The front cover notes that this song was "Respectfully Dedicated to Rodolph Valentino" and it features a close shot of him in profile. Also included is one page of music for a song entitled You'll Want Me Back Sometime, with words and music by The Duncan Sisters, which is printed on the inside of the front cover.
