Vintage original 39 x 55 in. Italian poster from the classic 1920's silent film comedy/drama, THE GOLD RUSH, released in 1925 by United Artists and directed by Charles Chaplin. 
 
This poster was printed for the film's 1970's theatrical re-release in Italy and the artwork was designed by Ferrini (his signature is near the right border). The image depicts a close shot of The Lone Prospector (Charlie Chaplin) sitting outdoors with snow on his clothing along with a smaller full-length silhouette of Chaplin holding his famous cane. Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in fine+ condition.
